1. Company Presentation
La Jolie box provides:
• Fresh meal boxes, prepared daily with high-quality ingredients and meant to be consumed within 24 hours of delivery.
• Catering services for meetings, events, and special occasions.
All our products are made from fresh, perishable ingredients to ensure the best taste and quality.

2. Orders
• All orders must be placed at least 72 hours in advance.
• Custom orders for catering or special boxes may require additional time; details will be confirmed during order processing.
• Orders are subject to product availability. In the event of limited supply, we reserve the right to adjust or refuse an order, with prior notice to the client.

3. Payments
• Payments can be made online via credit card, debit card, or Zelle (upon request).
• Payment authorization is processed at checkout, but your card will only be charged once we accept and confirm your order.
• If an order cannot be fulfilled, no payment will be processed.

4. Deliveries
• Free deliveries are available within our set delivery perimeter.
• For addresses outside of this perimeter, clients must contact us directly to arrange delivery. Additional delivery fees may apply.
• Customers will be asked to select a delivery time slot. We guarantee delivery within one hour of the chosen time.
Example: If you choose 7:00 AM, delivery will occur between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM.

5. Refunds and Returns
• All sales are final and non-refundable, due to the perishable nature of our products.
• Custom or personalized products are also non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• If there is an issue with your order (e.g., incorrect items or delivery concerns), please contact us immediately so we can resolve the matter.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
• La Jolie box is not responsible for any damages, losses, or claims resulting from improper storage or consumption of our products beyond the recommended 24-hour period.
• We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (traffic, weather, accidents, etc.). However, we will make every effort to deliver within the agreed time frame.
• Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the order placed.

8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Miami Dade County .Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Miami Dade

9.Allergies and Intolerances
La Jolie Box takes great care in preparing its products with quality and transparency. However:
• Our meals may contain or come into contact with common allergens (gluten, nuts, dairy, soy, eggs, etc.).
• It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us at the time of ordering of any food allergies or intolerances.
• In the absence of prior communication, La Jolie Box cannot be held liable for any allergic reactions or health issues resulting from the consumption of our products.

10. Order Modifications and Cancellations
• Standard orders may be modified or canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
• After this deadline, no modifications or cancellations will be accepted, and the order will be fully charged.
• Customized or catering orders must be canceled at least 7 days in advance.
